Service Desk Team Leader - Berkshire - £25k

We have a new vacancy for a Service Desk Team Leader in Berkshire. Details are listed below.

A Service Desk Team Leader with previous supervisory skills is required by our Energy client based in Wokingham, Berkshire. A salary of up to £25,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The Service Desk Team Leader will act as a 2nd Line Support Analyst supporting and supervising the first line support team as well as internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be a technical applicant providing support to internal users across EMEA for a large corporate organisation and assisting with escalations to 3rd Line.

The Service Desk Team Leader will have strong knowledge of ITIL Service Desk Management and strong SLA experience as well as strong technical skills within a Microsoft environment. You will have the ability to build PCs, support Active Directory and troubleshoot other hardware and software applications. MCP certification is desirable.

The Service Desk Team Leader will manages the procedures and function of the helpdesk, working on improvements and administration to ensure smooth running.

Required skills:
- Service Desk Supervision experience
- ITIL Service Desk experience
- Experience supporting multiple sites across EMEA

This is an excellent role for a well organisation and structured applicant who has held a Service Desk Supervisor role or similar previously. You will join a well established organisation based from new offices near Wokingham, Berkshire.

Salary to £25,000 basic plus benefits.
