IT Manager - ERP / CRM - Windsor / Slough - £40k

An IT Manager with experience managing teams within a construction or manufacturing environment is required by client based near Windsor, Berkshire. A salary of up to £40,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Manager will take responsibility for planning IT Support and Development and working alongside teams to ensure the smooth running of the company systems and software.

The IT Manager will manage the IT function including infrastructure planning as well as security and disaster recovery as well as ensure the availability of all networks and servers as well as internet connectivity. The ideal candidate must have strong previous IT management experience and strong experience managing a small team of developers and IT support analysts.

Although the IT Manager will take on management duties and report to the board you should willing to remain “hands on” technically and assist in the development and support of company systems including ERP and CRM systems. Applicants with knowledge of C# or C++ programming are at a distinct advantage.

- Strong IT management and staff management experience
- Willingness to be working on support and development
- Previous C# or C++ development experience (desirable)

This is an excellent role for an experienced IT Manager or IT Systems Manager with good staff management and programming knowledge to join a well established supplier to the Construction industry.
