Software Tester Jobs Amersham

A Software Tester with strong automated software testing experience similar to QTP or Rational is required by our client based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. A salary on up to £22,000 basic is supplemented by a sales bonus.

The Software Tester must have strong software testing experience and will be ISEB or ISTQB certified. Strong documentation skills are essential as well as good experience writing test scripts. ISEB certification is highly desirable (ISTQB).

DUTIES
You will be responsible for assisting the Software Development team in the software release and UAT testing phase for all new products and projects releases. You will be responsible for quality assurance and testing software upgrades as well as reporting defects to the software developers.

You will design, execute and maintain test plans, scenarios and scripts for software release. You must be able to understand test cases and be able to automate test cases. This position would suit someone who has a testing background and would like to use their experience in a business focused or presales environment.

- QA Automation software experience
- Knowledge of QTP or similar
- Strong software release experience

This is an excellent role for a Software tester or a Test Analyst to join a well established International Software provider based from offices in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
