IT Helpdesk Support Assistant – Retail – High Wycombe - £18k

A Helpdesk Support Assistant is required by our client in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will ideally be an IT Graduate with some previous IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk experience. A salary of up to £18,000 + Benefits is offered.

- Some previous IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk experience.
- Experience supporting EPOS / Retail systems is desirable.
- Preferably an IT Graduate

In this varied role, your duties will include:
- Utilising the service desk software to ensure customer incidents are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Suggest updates to the information used by the Helpdesk Analysts to aid quick resolution of incidents.
- Support the installation processes for all new stores.
- Basic network administration tasks, including creating user accounts and managing back up procedures
- Install and configure computer hardware
- Assist in the auditing of IT hardware and software license compliance
- Provide out of hours support for Stores, Warehouse and Head Office on a Rota basis

This is an excellent role for a Graduate IT Support Analyst or Helpdesk Support Analyst to join an established retail organisation with offices based near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.
